Chasing that dream in Jalisco led them to Dr. Jaime Augusto Villalobos Diaz, Maestro Catador for the National Chamber of the Tequila Industry (CNIT), creator of the "Distintivo T" curriculum for the Consejo Regulador del Tequila (CRT), founding member of the Academia Mexicana de Catadores de Tequila and producer of several award-winning tequilas.

A chance meeting and a shared vision quickly transformed into some of the best tequila in the world (if we do say so ourselves).
